Saudi Telecom appoints new chairman

Saudi Telecom Company’s (STC) board of directors has appointed Abdullah Bin Hasan Al Abdulqader as chairman of the board, during its meeting held on Monday.
 
The company said in a statement to Tadawul that the board of directors has also named the sub-committee depending on the functions and approved authorities.
 
Al Abdulqader has previously led the advisory committee for the Capital Market Authority. He was also a member of the Quality of Assurance Committee on the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants.
