Herfy to issue 16% dividend for H2-2014

Herfy Food Services agreed on Tuesday to issue a 16 percent cash dividend at SAR 1.6 per share for the second half of 2014.

 

The company also agreed to elect new board members for the coming three-year term, which starts in May.
