Jabal Omar assembly approves SAR 310 payment to contractor

Jabal Omar Development’s ordinary general assembly has approved the board’s recommendation to pay SAR 310 million to Nasma & Partners Contracting Limited, the contractor of the first phase of its hotels project, the company said in statement to Tadawul on Sunday.
 
The payment is related to the completion of works at six hotel-towers, including the Marriot and Hyatt Conrad Hotels and the general areas, which are set to be completed before the start of Ramadan on June 16.
 
The ordinary general assembly also approved the appointment of new board members for the coming three-year term.
