Arabia Insurance’s rights issue to begin April 14

Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co. (AICC) will launch its rights issue on April 18 through April 28 in two phases, according to Aljazira Capital, the financial advisor, lead manager and underwriter of the offering.

 

The first phase will start on April 14 and last through April 23 for shareholders. Meanwhile, the second phase will begin onApril 26 through April 28 for shareholders or rights holders.
