Eastern Province Cement Company said in a filing to Saudi Arabia’s bourse on Wednesday that it has completed necessary studies for its new project, and is waiting for fuel supplies from Saudi Arabia's oil ministry.
The bourse-listed company said it will announce related developments in due time.
In September 2012, the cement maker agreed that it would build a new production line at a total capacity of 10,000 tons per day after some of its lines became outdated, according to data compiled by Argaam.
