Saudi Arabian Amiantit’s board said on Monday that it will not issue a cash dividend for 2014.
In its general assembly meeting, the company also reappointed PricewaterhouseCooper as its external auditor for 2015. It also agreed to discharge the board of directors from responsibilities for the 2014 fiscal year.
Saudi Amiantit, a diversified industrial company with a focus on the production of pipes, reported a net profit of SAR 82.6 million (SAR 0.72/share) in 2014, according to data compiled by Argaam.
The company distributed a cash dividend of SAR 1 per share in 2012,2013, and at SAR 1.25 per share in 2011.
In 2010, the company issued the highest dividend at SAR 1.5 per share.
