Zain, Huawei to deliver in-building solutions in Saudi Arabia

Zain Saudi and China-based Huawei have teamed up to extend mobile connectivity in Saudi Arabia.

Through the new technologies, Huawei creates the industry’s first-of-its-kind in-building a small cell commercial network. The new solution is compatible with multiple radio access technologies, including LTE.

Zain Saudi said it’s committed to implementing innovative technologies on its network to fulfill customer demand for faster and better mobile calls across the kingdom. 

The telecom operator’s latest partnership with Huawei aims to provide higher spectrum efficiency, it added.
