Arabia Insurance to increase capital 100% through rights issue

Arabia Insurance Cooperative Company (AICC) plans to increase capital 100 percent through a SAR 200 million rights issue, the insurer said in a statement to the Saudi bourse, Tadawul.
 
It will offer 20 million shares at SAR 10 per share.
 
The company’s general assembly plans to meet on April 7.
