Al Babtain to consolidate financials with France unit in Q1-2015

Al Babtain Power and Telecommunication Company, a Saudi Arabian manufacturer of steel telecom structures and galvanizing services provider , said it will consolidate its financial statements with Al Babtain France during first quarter.
 
Al Babtain Power announced earlier obtaining the approval of French regulators to restructure its France-based unit.
 
The company’s plan includes downsizing its employees, according to data compiled by Argaam.
