Advanced Petrochemical postpones meeting for lack of quorum

Advanced Petrochemical Company said on Wednesday that its ninth ordinary general assembly meeting, which was scheduled on Tuesday, was postponed due to lack of quorum. 
 
Another date for the meeting will be determined and announced later after regulatory approvals are obtained, the company said in a statement to Tadawul, Saudi Arabia’s bourse.
 
Shareholders were scheduled to discuss the board’s recommendation to distribute a cash dividend of 7.5 percent (SAR 0.75 per share) for fourth quarter of 2014, according to Argaam.
