Saudi Telecom, Cisco link up to build new data centers

Saudi Telecom Co. (STC) and Sisco plan to build three new data centers to support the growing demand in the kingdom's market, as well as the need to accelerate streamline cloud solutions. 
 
Saudi Arabia's flag operator said in a bourse statement that its cooperation with Cisco will boost its operational efficiency and help deliver speedy services for customers. 
 
Cisco’s Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) offers full visibility and integrated management of both physical and virtual networked IT resources.
 
The project will ensure that STC is delivering state-of-the-art network infrastructure to support the growing demands of customers, said chairman Abdulaziz A. Alsugair.
