Saudi Arabia-based Buruj Cooperative Insurance said that two percent of its capital, or 260,000 of its shares representing the ownership interest of Anwal United Trading Company to Gulf Insurance.
The transaction increased Gulf Insurance’s stake in Buruj to 3.185 million shares representing 24.5 percent of its capital.
