Etisalat says Mobily’s Al Haddad steps down, Al Hussaini at the helm

Mobily, Saudi Arabia's second largest telecom operator,​ received on Wednesday a letter from Emirates Telecommunications Corporation (Etisalat) requesting to change its representative on the Mobily board, replacing Isa Al Haddad based on his request with Mohamed Al Hussaini, effective Feb. 25.

Al Hussaini has extensive professional experience in finance banking, real estate,​ and investment.

The new board reshuffle is subject to the approval of the next general assembly ​meeting.
