Al Khodari to submit capital raise request to Saudi market regulator

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company said on Sunday that it​'​s in the process of preparing a capital raise request with the help of its financial advisor GIB Capital. 

 

​The request will be submitted to 
​the Capital Market Authority (CMA)
​, Saudi rabia's market regulator, after its finalized
. 


The company will make an announcement once the request is submitted, it said in ​its​ filing to Tadawul​, Saudi's bourse​.


Al Khodari’s board recently recommended a capital raise of SAR 500 million through a rights issue, according to data compiled by Argaam.
