​ Al Hokair Group inks 3-year entertainment supplies deal with affiliate

Saudi Arabia-based Abdul Mohsen Al-Hokair Group for Tourism and Development Company said that it signed on Tuesday a 3-year renewable contract worth SAR 12 million with its affiliate Al Hokair Company for Manufacturing Entertainment Supplies.

Al Hokair’s affiliate— which manufactures carousels​, games,​​play structures, ​and mechanical rides for recreation centers— will provide the group with entertainment supplies for the next three years.


The contract is valued at SAR 4 million annually, the company said in a statement to the Saudi bourse, Tadawul.

Financial impact of the deal will be reflected during the first quarter of 2015, it added.
