Electrical Industries signs a technical support agreement with a German company

Electrical Industries Company, a newly Saudi listed company, signed a technical support agreement with the Germany based Company; Switchcraft Europe.
 

The agreement includes manufacturing and assembling ring main units at the company’s Dammam plants; the company said in a filing to Tadawul.


The agreement has a term of 10 years from December 21, 2014 and the financial effect is expected to be reflected in 2016.
