Halwani restores power to all facilities and re-operates production lines gradually within seven days

Halwani Brothers Company said that the power was restored at all the companies’ facilities which was cut as a safety procedure due to a malfunction in one of its steam boilers.
 

The production lines will go back to operations gradually within seven days; the company said in a filing to Tadawul today.
 

The company added that there is no negative financial impact expected for this malfunction as it was repaired in a record time.
 

According to Argaam; Halwani announced on December 8th that one of its four steam boilers at its old Jeddah plant malfunctioned, due to a defect in the safety valve.
 

 Production was halted as electricity was cut to the site in addition to the adjacent offices as a safety procedure.
