The company said the decline of the nine months’ profit compared to the same period last year is due to lower revenues and occupancy rates at Makkah Hilton Hotel and residences, as a result of the decreased number of   hotel guests and Omrah performers in Shaaban and Ramadan compared to the earlier period.

It also attributed the net profit increase of Q3-1435 AH compared to the same quarter last year to the increased revenues and occupancy rates at Makkah Hilton Hotel and residences, a result of the increased number of   hotel guests and Omrah performers in Q3 compared to the earlier period.

The decline of Q3’s net profit compared to the previous quarter (Q2-1435) was attributed to the inclusion of Omrah Season (Shabaan and Ramadan) in the previous quarter during which the rooms prices are higher than Hajj Prices.
