Zain’s head: Surprised of Mobily’s acts

The chairman of the BOD of Zain Saudi Arabia Telecommunication Company said that he is surprised that Mobily sought the referral to arbitration with regard to the Service Agreement signed with Zain KSA in 2008; as reported by Al Hayat Newspaper.
 

He added that the license fees of SAR 23bn paid by Zain was a very huge amount saying that looking back they wouldn’t have paid this amount.

According to Argaam; Mobily requested the referral to arbitration with regard to Mobily’s dues of SAR 2.2 billion resulted from the Service Agreement signed with Zain KSA in 2008.
