Tasnee acquires 13% of Cristal for SAR 1.8bn

The National Industrialization Company (Tasnee) signed SAR 1.8 billion agreement to buy 13% extra stake in titanium dioxide producer Cristal on December 4, 2014.
 

The amount will be paid on four months installments and the financial impact of the deal will be reflected on Q1-2015’s financials; the Company said in a filing to Tadawul.


According to Argaam; Tasnee placed SAR 1.8 billion bid to buy 13% extra stake in titanium dioxide producer Cristal last September.
