Al Khodari appoints “GIB Capital” as a financial advisor for its SAR 500m rights issue

Abdullah A. M. Al Khodari Sons Company appointed GIB Capital as a financial advisor for its SAR 500m rights issue. According to data available on “Argaam”, Al Khodari’s BOD recommended last week to raise the Company’s capital through SAR 500m rights issue shares.
