Sharaco to set up security services company

Saudi Hotels and Resorts Company (Sharaco) plans to set up a security services firm with a capital of SAR 100,000, according to a filing to Tadawul.

The company, to be named Al-Madar Al-Amni Limited Liability Company, will be 95 percent owned by Sharaco and five percent by Abdulrahman Abdullah Al-Duhaim.

The company will provide security and safety services to Sharaco premises.
