Care’s GA elects a new board not including the CEO nor the Chairman

New members for the board of directors of National Medical Care Company (Care) were elected in the general assembly meeting held yesterday for a new -3 years- session staring from January 1st, 2015; the company announced today on Tadawul.
 

Nine board members were elected according to normal voting method not including the chairman of the board or the CEO; data compiled by Argaam showed.
