GASCO to waive lands and property around health facility

National Gas and Industrialization Company (GASCO) said it received a request to waive its ownership of land plots and property surrounding King Fahd Medical City, on which it owns investments worth SAR 3.51 million.

The expropriation request was sent by King Fahd Medical City based on a decision by the Ministry of Health to vacate the belt of land surrounding the facility.

The company said the financial impact of the decision is hard to estimate, and developments will be declared in due course.
