Court orders the ministry of finance to re-evaluate the land expropriated from Taiba Holding

Taiba Holding Company announced on tadawul today that the court has issued a preliminary judgment for the lawsuit filed by Taiba against the ministry of finance for its plot of land expropriated in Medina for the expansion of the Prophet’s Mosque.

The Judgment orders the ministry of finance to re-estimate the value of the expropriated land according to the expropriation of property for public services regime.
