Al Aqeeq co. purchases SAR 96.5m land in Riyadh

 Taiba Holding Company announced today on tadawul the purchase of a plot of land in Olaya – Riyadh by its affiliated company, Al Aqeeq Real Estate Development Company.

The land which occupies a total area of 11,074 m2 was purchased for SAR 96.5m for the purpose of establishing a 5 stars hotel.

The transaction is financed by Al Aqeeq’s internal resources.
