Tihama Announces Amendments to Raise Capital

The board of Tihama recommended on its meeting held yesterday to amend the amount of its capital raise from (SR 150mm) to (SR 75mm) through issuing rights issue shares. The price and number of offered shares will be determined by the company at the close of trading on the extraordinary general assembly day, which will be determined later by the company's board, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.
