Jabal Omar rents 16 fast food restaurants in s1 zone by auction

Jabal Omar Development Company announced today on Tadawul renting 16 shops in S1 zone in its project in Makah by auction.

The total renting amount is SAR 21m at SAR 12,890 per m2.

All rent contracts has a term of 3 years starting on 1/8/1433 AH.

The project is to fully come on stream by 1/9/1433 AH.
