Jabal Omar sells 8 residential units for SAR 320.5 million

Jabal Omar Development sold yesterday eight residential units at its Makkah project in auction for SAR 320.5 million, and will offer other 12 units today.

The company will use the proceeds to settle debts, and expects a positive impact as of the first quarter of financial year 1436 hijri.

The approximate price per square meter was SAR 122,375, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.
