Abdullah Al-Khodari Sons cancelled a joint-bid agreement with Abdullatif Al-Arfaj Company, signed in 2012 to jointly bid for the development of King Khaled Hospital’s infrastructure.
Al-Khodari, said in a filing on Tadawul, the cancellation was based on a Ministry of Health supervising committee’s opinion, and that no financial impact ensues.
This is the sixth and last joint-bid agreement to be cancelled by and between the two firms, after five contracts were cancelled in May. The six agreements were originally signed in 2012.
