AL-KHODARI WILL CONDUCT SURPLUS EQUIPMENT AUCTION IN FEB 2014

With reference to the earlier announcement of 9/12/2013 concerning the postponement of the auction sale of the surplus equipment, Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company announces that it has signed on 12/1/2014 an agreement with Abdullah Fouad Holding Company (Auction Division) to conduct this auction during 18-20 February 2014 at Al Khodari yard in Dammam. It is expected that there will be a financial impact on Q1/2014 financials. The company will announce the results of the auction sale upon its completion.
