AL-KHODARI SIGNS 5 JV AGREEMENTS

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company announces the signing of five joint venture agreements on 21/03/2012 Abdullatif M. Al Arfaj and Brothers Holding Company for the submittal jointly for the following projects: 
1-Replacement and upgrading of infrastructure of Al Qatif Central Hospital. 
2-Replacement and upgrading of infrastructure of Al Jubail General Hospital. 
3-Replacement and upgrading of infrastructure of Al Muthneb General Hospital. 
4-Replacement and upgrading of infrastructure of King Fahd Hospital in Al Hofouf. 
5-Replacement and upgrading of infrastructure of King Khalid Hospital in Hail. 
and executing these projects jointly if awarded. The company will make an announcement if awarded any of those projects. These joint venture agreements have no financial impact till now.
