AMIANTIT SETS UP NEW FIRM

Saudi Arabian Amiantit Company announces that it established PWT Limited on February 29, 2012 with capital of SAR 500,000. Amiantit owns 49% in the new company through its fully owned Amiwater, while remaining stake is owned by German PWT.

The new company will build, operate and maintain water treatment plants and pollution treatment plants and function in related fields.
