THE CMA EXEMPTS ANB INSURANCE OF DISCLOSURE OF INTERIM FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR 2013

MetLife-AIG-ANB Cooperative Insurance Company (anb insurance) announces the receipt of Capital Market Authority letter no.4/6699 dated 26/11/2013 (received on 27/11/2013) which include the approval to exempt the company from the requirements of disclosing the interim financial results for 2013 provided that the company shall disclose its annual audited financial statements for the year 2013 according to the listing rules requirements. In addition, CMA approved exempting the company from the requirements of disclosing the annual Board of Directors report for 2013 on Tadawul website.
