Arabian shield announces the liquidation of Arabian Shield Bahrain

Arabian Shield cooperative insurance company announced today on tadawul the liquidation of Arabian Shield company in Bahrain which owns 30% interest in Arabian Shield KSA.

The company also announced that Arabian Shield Bahrain has stopped its business activities in KSA since the sale of its insurance portfolio and related assets to Arabian Shield KSA on 1/1/2009.
