The board Chairman of SABB Takaful resigns

The board of directors of SABB Takaful accepted the resignation of its Chairman, Mr. Youssif Al-Borshed, submitted for personal reasons.

The resignation is effective as of September 22, 2014; the Company said on its filing to Tadawul today.
