SAUDI CERAMIC INSTALLS TWO NEW TILE LINES

Reference to Saudi Ceramic Company’s announcement on Tadawul on May 2, 2011; regarding the operation of two old tile production lines at the second plant and the expected completion by end of 2012, the company announces:

• Two new tile production lines have been finalized with annual capacity of four million m². Production started by end of 2012 and the two old lines were removed. Preparations are taking place to raise the entire project’s capacity to 12 million m².
• The project shall be fully operational in Q2, 2013, now being 60% completed. It missed the 2012 deadline to avoid a three-month stoppage of old lines as expected.
