Marriott to operate Al-Akaria’s Riyadh hotel property

Saudi Real Estate Company (Al Akaria) signed a letter of intent (LOI) with Marriott International yesterday to operate and manage a Al-Akaria’s at Riyadh-based hotel and hotel apartments.
 

The deal is valid for four months from the date of signing, a filing to Tadwul said.
