28/01/2013 Tadawul

In reference to the Saudi Arabian Mining Company announcement in Tadawul 16/03/1434 corresponding 28/01/2013 regarding its subsidiary Maaden Phosphate Company shut-down its DAP plant located in Companys complex at Ras Al Khair city for maintenance, the company would like to clarify that its working on limiting the financial impact of the shut-down by enhancing the operational performance after ending the plants maintenance.
Due to the continues prices movement and quantities fluctuation it is too early to determent the financial impact of the shut-down.
As it was previously mentioned in our earlier announcement the financial impact will be shown in Q1, 2013 financial results.
