Saudi Railways awards SAR 695 mln project to Al-Oyoni

Saudi Railways Company (SAR) awarded a new railway project worth SAR 695 million to Al-Oyoni Trade and Contracting Company.

The 132 kilometers long railway line will connect Waad Al-Shamal city with the northern region mining railway, and will be complete in 2016.

After its completion, Waad Al-Shamal mining city will be connected with the Saudi ports of Ras Al-Khair, Jubail and Dammam on the Arabian Gulf.
