Alinma Tokyo Marine’s accumulated losses up to 51.7%

Alinma Tokyo Marine insurance Company’s accumulated losses increased to SAR 103.4m or 51.7% of its capital by the end of October 2014.

 

Based on the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) instructions and procedures related to listed companies with accumulated losses reaching 50% or more of its capital, the Company will do the following:

 

  1. Publish its monthly unaudited financial statements within the 10 days following the end of each month.
  2. Publish immediately any amendments to its financial situation regarding the reduction of its accumulated losses beyond 50% of its capital.

 

The shares of the Alinma Tokyo Marine will be suspended for two hours from the opening of Monday November 10th session, orders will be maintained at 12:30 pm; Tadawul commented in a separate statement adding that it will mark the company on its website with a yellow flag in line with the applicable procedures for this case.
