Kingdom Holding acquires Four Seasons hotel in Canada

Kingdom Holding Announces on Saturday November 17th 2012 the completion of the purchase of Four Seasons Toronto, Canada for $200 million. This Transaction was funded by a mortgage loan in an amount of $130 million and $70 million from the company's own resources. The Four Seasons Hotel Toronto offers 259 spacious luxury hotel guest rooms, including 42 suites, in Toronto's Yorkville area.
