SCC cancels the MoU with Yara international

The Saudi Chemical Company SCC announced today on tadawul cancelling the MoU with the Sweden- based Yara international Company regarding Yara’s desire to acquire some interest in the Suez International Nitrate Company SINCO, an SCC affiliated company in Egypt.

SCC mentioned in its statement in tadawul that the reason for cancelling the MoU is the failure to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement.

SINCO supplies SCC with raw materials used in its products
