The Board of Grievances dismisses the lawsuit filed by SITCO pharma:

The Saudi Chemical Company SCC announced today on tadawul the Borad of Grievances dismissal of the lawsuit filed by SITCO pharma, an affiliated co., against the ministry of health since 1425 AH, regarding the claim for the policy adopted by the Ministry then of fixing the exchange rate.

The claim amount was SAR 144m with no expected negative impact of this judgment on the company’s financials.
