AJA pharma enters into a long term lease contract with Modon

The Saudi Chemical company SCC announced today on tadawul that AJA pharma, an affiliated company, signed a long term land lease agreement with the Saudi industrial property authority (Modon) to lease 119,687m2 land at SAR 119,686 per annum for 20 years.

The leased land is located in Ha’il industrial city and is intended to be used in establishing AJA pharmaceutical industries factory.
