SITCO Pharma secures SAR 771m contract with the Ministry of Health

The Saudi Chemical Company SCC announced today on tadawul that SITCO pharma, an affiliated company, signed one year procurement contract with the Ministry of Health to supply medicines, serums, and vaccines.

 The contract’s value of SAR 771m is to be received on 3 installments, the first of which is due 6 months after the first shipment at the contract date.

The effect of this contract is to be realized on 2014’s quarterly financials.
