Al-Ahsaa to sell textile factory to Takween

The general assembly of Al-Ahsaa Development Company agreed yesterday to sell the company’s textile factory to Takween Advanced Industries, a filing to Tadawul said.

 

The plant will help Takween develop its product portfolio and raise production capacity. A tender held in April was won by Takween.
