Arabian Pipes Company completes all legal procedures to fully acquire “Arabian-Yadong Coating Co. Ltd”

Arabian Pipes Company announced the completion of all legal procedures for the full acquisition of Yadong Anti-corrosion (INT) British Company’s share in Arabian-Yadong Coating Co. Ltd, which represent 50% of the total shares of the company. Arabian-Yadong Coating Co. Ltd, which owns a pipe coating plant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is now 100% owned by Arabian Pipes Company.
 

 New commercial registration for the company was issued today as a branch of Arabian Pipes Company, the company said in a filing on Tadawul.


According to data available on “Argaam”, Arabian Pipes Company agreed on December 2010 with Yadong Co. Ltd to purchase its 50% stake in Arabian Yadong Coating Co. for SAR 9.6 million.
