PETRO RABIGH ANNOUNCES THE COMPLETION OF (LRT) FOR ALL THE PRODUCTION UNITS AT ITS COMPLEX

Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company (Petro Rabigh), announces that all the production units at its refining and petrochemical complex have completed the Lenders Reliability Test (LRT) on Saturday, December 31, 2011 by running the complex at 97% of its production capacity for 210 days, it is worth mentioning that this event is a significant operational and financial milestone for the Company.

This event does not have a direct impact on the companys financial results, although it confirms production stability & reliability.
