SABIC announces for the buying a part of the residential land in Shams Al Riyadh project

Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) announces buying a part of the residential project in Shams Al Riyadh project in Riyadh Tuesday, 22/5/2012 , owned by the Dar Al-Arkan Real Estate Development, which has an area of 1,854,224.6 square meters at SR 400 per square meter, the total amount of SR 741,689,840, to build a residential complex for SABIC employees.
